Natural stone (2¡«3.5mm thickness) is backed with aluminum honeycomb panel. It is about 8¡«14kg/m2, and widely used for interior and exterior decoration. In commercial construction you can reduce overall steel and footing requirements as where a normal stone facing would have added about 65kg/m2 of weight to the building, this adds less than a seventh of that normal weight(the normal stone of 27mm thickness ), but its impact resistance is 3¡«5 times as weight as the normal stones. This is of major significance in today¡¯s competitive building environments. Light weight ensures convenient installation, and it is the first time that stones be used to decorate ceilings, boats, airplanes. Overcoming the fragility and heaviness of natural stones, these slabs are characterized by their high anti-impact properties, flexural strength, fireproof, pressure-residence and corrosion-residence.
(1)Structure: natural marble/granite (2¡«3.5mm thickness) + aluminum sheet(0.5mm) + aluminum honeycomb(8¡«20mm) + aluminum sheet (0.5mm).The thickness of the natural granite/marble and the aluminum honeycomb panel could be changed according to your need.
(2)Usage: Exterior wall cladding, interior decoration for wall, ceiling and so on, usually for tall buildings. Also widely used on boats, elevators and renovating old buildings.
(3)Light weight: it is about 12¡«14kg/ m2, about 1/5¡«1/8 the weight of the solid stone for exterior cladding.
(4) Easy to install due to the lightweight.
(5) Soundproof, heat proof and fireproof. Overcoming the fragility and heaviness of natural stones, these slabs are characterized by their high anti-impact properties, flexural strength, pressure- resistance and corrosion- resistance.
(6) Low cost due to the light weight: the cost of footing and steel frame decrease, so the total cost of the building will be lower than use normal stone cladding.
(7) Our regular size is 600mm*1200mm, the maximum size is 1200mm*2400mm. We can make different size according to your requirement.
(8) One 20¡¯ container could load about 750m2; 40¡¯ is about 1500 m2. The size is our standard size (600mm*1200mm), 35 pieces in a wood crate.
